Career Through-lines
Progression and leadership: In every role I’ve taken on incremental responsibilities and eventually report directly to the executive team focusing on such things as solving business problems, setting operational cadence, and spearheading special projects.
Serve as connective tissue: I function well as the operational bridge across leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment, resource flow, and follow-through on high-impact initiatives or issue resolution.
Communications & Data: I enjoy and excel at both words and numbers, from drafting media and preparing documents to creating complex spreadsheets, setting up OKR dashboards, or analyzing data for making business decisions or to telling compelling stories.
Scalable systems: I thrive at re/making order from chaos, including building or revamping foundational internal systems, databases, business processes, workflows, SOPs, playbooks, and resources.
Tech Administration: Whether as a product of my generation or how my brain works, I always end up as the system administrator for some/all tech stacks including prospecting, implementation, customization, maintenance, and training.
